Today, I am beyond excited to feature my amazing friend Kirsten Iversen!
Kirsten is one of the most brilliant, articulate, and enchanting people I've ever met. She lights up every room she walks into with her bright smile and kind words. From the second you meet her, you feel like you've known her forever.
By standardizing processes within organizations, Kirsten helps companies increase performance, mindset & profit resulting in customer happiness. As someone who is an idea person, her skills are truly ninja-like to me. It doesn't hurt that she just got her Lean Six Sigma blackbelt either. :)
